Privacy Policy for Nebula Drift

Nebula Drift ("the App") is developed by Bog Interactive ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App may collect and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

The App may process:

• Gameplay / save data stored locally on your device (progress, settings, purchase unlocks).
• Advertising data if you see ads, provided through Google AdMob and related partners (device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data), subject to your consent choices where required.
• Purchase data for in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing (Google handles payment details; we receive purchase status / product entitlements).
• Diagnostics such as crash or performance information if provided by the platform or ad SDKs.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email, or payment card number inside the App.

2. How we use information

• To run the game, save progress, and restore purchases.
• To show ads and measure ad performance (including personalized ads only where allowed / consented).
• To improve stability and fix bugs.

3. Advertising & consent

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). In regions that require it (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you may see a consent message before personalized ads are served. You can change privacy choices later from the App's settings where available.

4. In-app purchases

Optional purchases (such as remove-ads or cosmetics) are billed by Google Play. See Google Payments privacy notice.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention & deletion

Local save data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall. Ad and analytics retention is controlled by Google and mediation partners under their policies.

7. Your choices

• Limit ad personalization via the in-app privacy options (where shown) and your device ad settings.
• Uninstall the App to remove local game data from the device.
